We immediately dived into the brand’s main strategy and mission: four missing food groups, with each corresponding to a common health concern - stress, energy, immunity, and performance. This led to segmenting people into four main segments.

THE STRATEGY
KICKSTARTING THEIR RETENTION MARKETING JOURNEY

Implemented an AOV & LTV analysis of multiple subsegments within the four major ones to find the purchasing behaviors based on a RFM analysis that crafted our offers.

Deducted multiple internal interviews to understand the tone, the demand, and the opportunity.

Crafted a variety of bundled offers to incentive loyalty and trust based on different purchasing milestones.

We Implemented a new look and feel to the brand, suited for its positioning.

Split the customer journeys based on the number of purchases and interactions with the brand to further personalize highly efficient targeted behavioral flows.

Dived deep into the content strategy of the brand by identifying seasonal patterns that pre-framed the audience before sale events.

Build a mobile app from scratch.

A monthly diversified calendar with content to engage, inspire, convince and entertain the database with relevant content.

Tested and warmed up two different emails in order to set up best deliverability practices and become more visible. This also helped reach more people outside the promotion and spam folders.
