WHAT TO APPLY

Make the form and the follow-up part of the same journey.

Voomvaya’s work joined country- and funnel-specific capture with product-aware post-purchase messages. A form submission was the beginning of a customer route, not the final objective. The landing-page context, selected product and later communication needed to remain connected.

The campaign and flow exclusions added another important distinction: website activity can supply useful intent even when recent email activity is limited. For another multi-funnel retailer, check the promise made at signup, the information stored on the profile and the message that follows. Review overlapping journeys before increasing reach.

Why adapt capture to the landing-page context?

People arrive through different countries, products and funnels. Connecting that context to the signup and follow-up makes the next message more relevant than one generic welcome.

What is the practical lesson for segmentation?

Use relevant website and purchase activity alongside email engagement. Check exclusions across journeys so a customer receives a coherent sequence rather than competing messages.
