perfectwhitetee: Email Marketing Case Study
How an established apparel brand deepened its lifecycle programme, doubled flow efficiency and grew tracked owned-channel revenue.
Questions about the work
How do you measure repeat purchasing fairly in a growing brand?
The perfectwhitetee analysis compared customers on a fair tenure clock. The blended second-purchase figure was 36.3%, versus 61.5% among customers with at least twelve months of tenure. Those are different populations, not a before-and-after improvement caused by email. Compare acquisition cohorts at the same age, then investigate first products, time to order two and later customer value.
What should a retention programme measure beyond email revenue?
Track second-purchase rate at a consistent customer age, time to the next order, product progression and customer lifetime value. Separate new and mature cohorts so a change in acquisition volume does not distort the diagnosis. These are evaluation principles for the next stage of work, not additional results claimed for this project.
