The ClevHouse: A catalogue needs a reason to click.
A blanket, a diffuser and a night lamp can be separate items in a catalogue, or part of one idea for a calmer evening. The ClevHouse’s delivery records connect that campaign thinking with the audience, automation and production checks needed to prepare the messages.
Selected delivery records: October 2021–April 2023. ActiveCampaign email production · SMS automation and campaign management.
Give a broad catalogue a clear next step.
The ClevHouse sold home-improvement and lifestyle products within Eli Zeta’s multi-brand programme. The team’s records identify the store as CL. Its production needs differed from the group’s fashion stores: a broad home catalogue needed a coherent campaign angle and a clear action, alongside the routine work of building and scheduling messages.
The engagement also had shared responsibilities. A June 2022 message stated that the client wanted to use its own designer for The ClevHouse and Little Learners. The August scope record described ClevHouse email work as ActiveCampaign production and scheduling. Thrivelia also documented SMS management. The story follows those responsibilities as recorded, rather than claiming sole ownership of every creative asset.
A useful message needed more than a product grid. Who should receive the reminder? Were the automation triggers connected? Could the customer find the action quickly? Those questions appear in the delivery trail and make this an operational as well as a creative case study.
What gives different home products one reason to belong in the same email?
Review the reminder audience.
In October 2021, Trayan instructed the team to make small copy changes for ClevHouse and target people who had not clicked the campaign or had not purchased. The instruction tied the follow-up to customer behaviour. The educational point is to define the reason for a reminder, then verify the segment in the account before sending.
Check the automation before the campaign.
A November 2021 instruction explicitly held ClevHouse sends until its automations were turned on and connected to the flow trigger. December production review later marked a ClevHouse campaign ready to send. The work treated configuration and campaign readiness as linked steps, rather than assuming a designed email meant a functioning customer journey.
Manage SMS alongside email.
An August 2022 scope update included ClevHouse among the managed SMS stores and stated that the listed stores’ SMS flows were set up. It described a shared weekly-to-fortnightly campaign rhythm. Later records also show draft messages waiting on account balance. This supports a story about channel operations and readiness, without claiming every planned SMS was delivered.
Curate products around an occasion.
The February 2023 planning record specified a “Curate Calm, Invest in Rest” content email. Its product selection brought together a chunky hand-knitted throw, a flame-lamp oil diffuser, a moon night lamp and a gravity blanket. The documented brief illustrates a way to turn separate home products into a coherent rest-related theme. It establishes the planned creative direction, not a verified sales result or send date.
Make the action easy to find.
A March 2023 review note requested that the button be placed at the top of the ClevHouse email. Alongside campaign revisions and continued ActiveCampaign production confirmed in April, this shows attention to the working message, not only the initial concept. A prominent action needs to remain clear on a phone as well as on a desktop.
A documented process from brief to production readiness.
The records verify ongoing ClevHouse email production, a campaign marked ready to send, and SMS flows described as set up. They also preserve the specific calm-and-rest campaign brief and a later CTA-placement instruction. Together, these show how audience decisions, customer-journey checks and campaign direction were handled across the engagement.
The transformation illustrated here is in how a broad catalogue can be organised and delivered: define the customer occasion, choose products that support it, review the audience and confirm the channel is ready. The campaign brief provides the creative example; the surrounding delivery records provide the operational context.
This is a delivery and strategy case study. The selected records do not establish a defensible before-and-after revenue lift for ClevHouse, nor do they verify the launch of that specific February brief. The page keeps those boundaries clear while explaining the work a brand can learn from.
What to apply
Start with the customer occasion before choosing the products. “A calmer evening” creates a clearer organising idea than a general collection of unrelated home items. The documented brief shows how a shared use case can connect a product selection.
Treat approval, connected triggers and channel readiness as separate checks. A campaign can be written and approved while an automation or sending balance still needs attention. The practical checklist should cover the full path to delivery.
Use behaviour to decide whether a reminder is relevant, and make the CTA easy to find. Then measure the individual campaign and reconcile the attribution before turning the result into an account-level growth claim.
Scope and evidence
Which parts of the work did Thrivelia handle?
The records document ClevHouse’s ActiveCampaign email production and scheduling, campaign review and SMS management. The client also supplied design at points in the engagement, so this page does not claim sole ownership of every creative asset.
Did the calm-and-rest campaign produce a verified revenue lift?
The February 2023 record verifies the planned campaign angle and product selection. It does not verify a send date or revenue lift for that email. The documented delivery outcomes are reported separately from that brief.
